- Acceptance of Terms: By using the services provided by SpecialDayPhotography, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
- Service Agreement: SpecialDayPhotography offers professional photography services for various occasions, including weddings, engagements, family gatherings, and corporate events. The client agrees to the terms stated in the contract and understands that the provided services will be delivered as outlined.
- Booking and Payment: To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due before the scheduled event. Payments can be made via the specified methods. Failure to make full payment may result in the cancellation of the booking.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling: In the event of a cancellation, the non-refundable deposit will not be returned. If you need to reschedule, please notify us before the event. We will make every effort to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.
- Copyright and Usage: All photographs taken by SpecialDayPhotography are protected by copyright law. The client is granted personal usage rights for the images provided, including printing and sharing for personal purposes. Commercial use requires prior written consent from SpecialDayPhotography.
- Model Release: The client grants SpecialDayPhotography permission to use the photographs for promotional purposes, including online galleries and social media. If you prefer not to have your images shared, please inform us in writing.
- Photo Editing: SpecialDayPhotography will edit and deliver the images based on our professional judgement. Extensive retouching or editing beyond our standard process may incur additional charges.
- Quality Assurance: While SpecialDayPhotography takes utmost care in delivering high-quality images, unforeseen circumstances may affect the outcome. We cannot be held liable for factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or location restrictions.
- Liability and Indemnity: SpecialDayPhotography is not liable for any damages or injuries caused during the event. The client agrees to indemnify and hold SpecialDayPhotography harmless from any claims, demands, or actions arising from the event.
- Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or equipment failure, SpecialDayPhotography reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the services. We will make every effort to provide an alternative solution.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey.
- Changes to Terms: SpecialDayPhotography reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
